Tom helps clients navigate real estate transactions with careful title research, practical guidance, and attention to the details that can delay a closing. Through his legal practice and EQUES Title, he works with homebuyers and real estate investors on purchases, title issues, leases, and other property matters. Tom enjoys helping people understand their options and make informed decisions about their homes and investments.

With 12 years of experience in the title industry, I am passionate about helping make every real estate transaction a smooth and successful experience. I enjoy building relationships and working closely with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the closing process. There is nothing more rewarding than bringing all the pieces together and getting each transaction to the closing table!

Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my husband and our two sons. You can usually find me cheering on my boys at one of their sporting events or enjoying the outdoors in my free time. I believe in building strong relationships, staying involved in my community, and making the most of every opportunity both personally and professionally.

My journey into the title industry began as a happy accident when a move from New Jersey to Florida led to an unexpected opportunity with a home builder's title agency. I instantly enjoyed the work. After later relocating to Ohio, I spent nine years with a title agency processing refinance transactions across most states, before joining the team at Eques in April of 2026.

Outside of the office, I am a proud mom to two grown children who now live on their own, and we love getting together as often as we can. I am also very involved in animal welfare and spend much of my free time fostering, networking, and volunteering to help rescue animals find homes.
